Successful Building Projects Don’t Just Happen.

Projects are most successful when planning, communication, and execution are in "sync".  The bar chart schedule provides a visual, easy to understand, representation of the complex sequence and coordination required for most projects, and serves as a reference against which to measure progress.

Of course, few projects reach completion exactly as planned due to interruptions caused by weather, material back orders, labor shortages, subcontractor schedules, etc..  We utilize Primavera's "SureTrak 3.0" Project Manager to prepare, and periodically update, a project schedule to check job status, to make adjustments for unforeseen contingencies as they occur, and to keep the project team informed; all of which helps to keep the project on budget.  Builders who manage their projects without a project schedule are doomed to reacting to one crisis after another, and will, more often than not, exceed the construction budget.
